Florence H. Désulmé

With more than 40 years of experience in banking, Florence H. Désulmé has solid expertise in banking operations, branch management and human resources. Since 2018, she has served as Executive Vice-President of Human Resources, where she puts her leadership and know-how in human capital management to work.
Her involvement with the SILDOR Foundation dates back to the organization’s earliest days, when she was already a member of the extended board. In 2025, she became Vice-President of the Foundation, continuing her commitment to a cause that helps transform lives through education.
Through her involvement, Florence H. Désulmé puts her experience and leadership at the service of the Sildor Foundation’s mission: fighting poverty through education and giving children and young people in Beaumont and Corail, Haiti, better opportunities to learn, succeed and build their future.
